DEFINE

Now, line your lower lash line with a black kohl pencil to add intensity. Use a makeup brush to smudge.

Apply a blue eyeliner pencil to your lower waterline to add a pop of colour. Finish with two coats of black mascara and you’ve got striking eyes in shades of grey!
