1 EYELINER
Begin by using a black or dark brown liner to draw a fine line into your top lashes. A useful trick of the trade is dotting the liner across the lash line to create a more even line.
2 APPLY SHADOW
Now using a brush, sweep a dark shade of shadow over the lid to really accentuate the eyes. Start at the base of the lashes, and move your way across. A dark grey shade gives a really modern, glossy feel – but equally, a dark brown or a bluey purple looks great.
3 MASCARA & BROWS
Truly dramatic eyes need a generous coat of mascara to help define and thicken the lashes. Also, it’s always worth running a brow brush through your eyebrows to make sure they’re in tip-top shape.
4 BLUSHER
Finally, apply a subtle touch of blusher to add a little colour to the cheeks, and there you have it: a look that’s all about sultry, dramatic eyes.
