1 CURL YOUR LASHES
Begin by applying mascara and curling your eyelashes with an eye lash curler.
2 ADD LIGHT SHIMMER
Apply a light shimmery eye shadow to the corner of the eye and then to the whole lid. The shimmer will reflect light and open up the eye.
3 ADD DEPTH

Finally, using nude or white eyeliner to line the lower lash line of the eye will give the illusion of a larger eye.
