Speed Bonus

 

Terms & Conditions (speed bonus & entrepreneur bonus):

  1. The Speed Bonus Program (“Program”) is a promotional & optional program for certain Brand Partners registered with Oriflame Pakistan (“Oriflame”),offering them the below defined benefits, subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). You agree to these T&Cs by participating in this Program.
  2. These T&Cs are in addition to the terms, conditions and other policies you agree to by registering yourself as a Brand Partner with Oriflame (including but not limited to Brand Partner Terms and Conditions, Code of Ethics & Rules of Conduct, Guarantee of Excellence Claims Policy etc.) (collectively, “Brand Partner Terms”). Your participation in this Program is subject to these T&Cs, the Brand Partner Terms or any other terms or policies communicated by Oriflame from time to time.
  3. Validity: This Program is valid from February 01, 2021 unless revoked at the sole discretion of Oriflame.

    How to participate: Subject to these T&Cs, any person who registers himself/ herself as a Brand Partner with Oriflame and attains the following levels as per the Success Plan within the below time lines from their date of joining, will be eligible to receive a cash benefit (“Speed Bonus”), as follows:

    Speed Bonus

    3% achieved in the 1st month of joining

     

    PKR 600

    6% achieved in the 2nd month of joining

     

    PKR 2000

    9% achieved in the 3rd month of joining

     

    PKR 4000

    12% achieved in the 4th month of joining

     

    PKR 6000

      

  4. Oriflame retains the right to modify/ alter the nature of the Speed Bonus or substitute the Benefits for others or add new benefits, at its sole discretion.
  5. Notwithstanding anything contained herein:
    1. Each Brand Partner will be eligible for each category of Speed Bonus only once, i.e. the first time he/ she meets the eligibility criteria for a given month as stated in Clause 3 above.
    2. In the event the Brand Partner is unable to meet the level target for any given month as per Clause 3, he/ she will be disqualified from this Program.
    3. The maximum Speed Bonus amount an eligible Brand Partner can receive under this Program is restricted to PKR. 12600.
    4. No Brand Partner is eligible for any benefits under this Program post his/ her 4th month of joining Oriflame.
  6. General Terms:
    1. During the validity of the Program, a Sponsor Brand Partner must maintain a level that is at least one level above the title of his/ her downline Brand Partner, in order to receive Benefits under this Program.
    2. To earn the Speed Bonus, the qualifier should either place a self 100 BP order.
    3. The Speed Bonus will be paid one month after completion of qualification, at the sole discretion of Oriflame.
    4. Oriflame reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason including in the event of suspected breach of these T&Cs or the Brand Partner Terms.
    5. Oriflame may withdraw, amend or modify these T&Cs at any time at its sole discretion. Your continued participation in this Program after change in these T&Cs constitutes your acceptance to the revised T&Cs.
    6. Any benefit provided under this Program inadvertently or due to technical glitch will be recalled/ adjusted / charged for, as per Oriflame’s sole discretion.
    7. Every person who desires to participate in the Program may do so pursuant to independent inquiry, investigation and analysis and shall not have any claim against Oriflame, its employees, associate companies, directors, representatives or vendors whatsoever by reason of any loss which may be suffered by such person consequent to or in connection with the Program whether by reason of anything stated or omitted to be stated herein.
    8. By participating in this Program, you expressly agree that Oriflame will not be held liable or responsible, in any manner whatsoever, for any loss or damage you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Program including but not limited to loss or damage in relation to the benefits/ Speed Bonus provided hereunder.

Entrepreneur Bonus

The Entrepreneur Bonus Program (“Program”) is a promotional & optional program for certain Brand Partners registered with Oriflame Pakistan (“Oriflame”), offering them the below defined benefits, subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). You agree to these T&Cs by participating in this Program.
  2. These T&Cs are in addition to the terms, conditions and other policies you agree to by registering yourself as a Brand Partner with Oriflame (including but not limited to Brand Partner Terms and Conditions, Code of Ethics & Rules of Conduct, Guarantee of Excellence Claims Policy etc.) (collectively, “Brand Partner Terms”). Your participation in this Program is subject to these T&Cs, the Brand Partner Terms or any other terms or policies communicated by Oriflame from time to time.

    Entrepreneur Bonus

    For every Speed Bonus (SB) qualifier from 3% to 12% level

    Sponsor Earns Entrepreneur Bonus (EB) of Rs.1000/-

    This Means That:

     

     

    2 Speed Bonus Qualifiers

    Sponsor gets Rs.1000x2 = Rs.2000

    3 Speed Bonus Qualifiers

    Sponsor gets Rs.1000x3 = Rs.3000

    4 Speed Bonus Qualifiers

    Sponsor gets Rs.1000x4 = Rs.4000

    5 Speed Bonus Qualifiers

    Sponsor gets Rs.1000x5 = Rs.5000
