My order payment showing pending, how can I proceed?
In case your order is pending after payment, you may log an incident by providing relevant details or you can contact customer services for the latest update on the status of the transaction.
In case your order payment gets rejected, i.e., not debited from your account/wallet, you can retry to make the payment again for an order. In case of failure, you may contact your banking channel or customer services to take assistance.
In case of rejection, payment will be auto returned in the account as per standard time taken by banking channels.
