"Cashback" is a discount calculated from the customer's price, returned to your wallet and used to pay for your next orders. Every Member gets 15% back in the wallet of the total amount of the order value.

Cashback is automatically applied when placing an order. The total cashback used for a single order cannot exceed 50% of the order value. If the accumulated money is more than 50% of the order value, the excess amount will be saved and made available for use on future orders. Cashback is valid during the campaign in which it was generated and for the next 3 full campaigns and will expire at the end of the 3rd campaign. When the money back has been accumulated or its expiration is approaching, you will receive a notification in your account.

You cannot get cashback for products without bonus points; such as fees, printed materials or samples.

For their first order, Members and Brand Partners receive a 15% Welcome Discount if they join through an invite from a Member or Brand Partner.
